This unique retreat is fusing Chakradance (movement therapy modality rooted in Jungian Psychology) with EFT (Emotional Freedom Therapy) to achieve deep transformational, healing results.
It is held in a small, intimate group settings (max 6 people) at a serene location in Spain, near Malaga, nestled in a picturesque natural mountain setting of Andalusia.

Everyday meditative, dance or art practices will be facilitated by me. Emotional Freedom Therapy will be delivered by master of the craft – Stefan Bajic and tailored around issues which are connected to the main theme.
Morning meditative sessions are by the pool with a stunning mountain views. Main Chakradance sessions are held in a darkened indoor sacred space. Evening EFT sessions and most meals are to be at one of the outdoor terraces.
Aside from chakra resonated music during the sessions, there will be carefully curated tunes waved in the days routines, helping you to keep in a high vibration and uplifted mood.
Throughout the retreat days you will be encouraged to pour your feelings, visions and insights into your journal and be open to your innate creative talents flowing through you during and after the retreat time.
You will be also gifted a special guided meditation & dance to work with at home, so you can continue with your positive transformation after the retreat.
