This summer is calling us to connect more deeply to both the Earth and to our bodies. We dance our ever-awakening Hearts open to tune into our own Heart’s inner Wisdom.
Our Hearts connect us to deep Intuitive Knowing. This Intuition extends beyond what the 5 senses can perceive and what the logical mind can rationalize. When we have questions, we can always look within and tune into our Heart’s Wisdom for guidance.
When the Stay-at-Home Order was first issued in March, Critical Mass Dance Company began teaching virtually via Zoom for the first time. This opened up a new possibility to connect with other conscious dancers all over the country and world. We are so grateful for this opportunity to share our heart-centered movement practice with you!
Subsequently, Critical Mass Dance Company is offering our Dance from the Heart Workshops online this month! We want to support you in MOVING out stress, DANCING into Joy, and tuning into your own HEART’S WISDOM.
You’re invited to our virtual Dance from the Heart workshops this July to emBODY your summer visions and dance them into being. Anyone can Dance from the Heart. No prior dance experience is needed.
Dance from the Heart offers 7 steps for using movement to manifest from the Heart. As we emBODY our highest dreams for our lives and the world, we MANIFEST with greater ease to “be the change” we wish to see.
Join us in tuning into your Heart’s Wisdom and centering your attention on what you are consciously creating this month. What are your heart-felt intentions for summer? What moves your spirit to JOY and INSPIRATION?
