Core Connexion Listening Lab – A journey into the many ways we listen, move, and respond.

Listening is more than hearing — it is a state of presence, of attunement.

In this series, we explore listening as an embodied practice: through movement, touch, and imagination.

We listen with our ears, our eyes, our skin; with our bones, our breath, and the spaces between us.

Each session offers a somatic and creative field where dance becomes dialogue — between inside and outside, self and other, stillness and motion.
