We made it.

We are standing at the threshold, moving out of the year of the Snake, a year that has asked so much of us. A year of shedding, unraveling, releasing layers we may not have even realized we were still carrying.

If you’re anything like me, and what I’ve been witnessing in so many of you, this year has required learning an entirely new dance.

A dance of letting go.

A dance of being undone.

A dance of releasing control and allowing life to reorganize you from within.

As movers, we know this terrain.

We know that sometimes the most important movement is the pause. The stillness. The quiet after everything has fallen away, before the next impulse arises.

And this is where we are now.

We are crossing the invisible bridge between the Snake and the Horse.

From a cycle of shedding… into a cycle of movement.

From unraveling… into forward momentum.

But before we gallop forward into this next season, into this spring, into what is ready to move through us, we must first become deeply clear. Deeply present. Deeply attuned to what is true.

This moment is asking us to listen.

This past year, I have been coming back online and rebirthing the work of Temple Body Arts as I prepare to pass the torch and train master facilitators and ceremonialists in this work. And I have been asked to move slowly, with sharpened discernment as I allowed myself to stop pushing, to stop creating, and to listen more deeply than ever before. Moving through perimenopause and profound personal transition, I felt myself being stripped down to what was essential, as I prepare for whats next.

And now, I can see the path, as I align with the cyclical wisdom of the Earth. As feminine leaders and artists, we are designed to align with the seasons, so, join me as we move from this potent time of leading up to Spiring Equinox.
