This week’s Monday Love Spotlight is on Santa Barbara Dance Hive!!
“Santa Barbara Dance Hive’s Conscious Dance Journey was truly magical! It began with a warm welcome and a gentle yoga flow to get our bodies ready for the journey ahead. We then moved into a guided meditation which allowed us to connect deeply within ourselves before transitioning into the dance. Each piece had its own unique energy and theme ranging from love and connection to strength and courage. As we danced together in unity, I felt my body move freely as if it were one with the music. By the end, I felt so connected to myself and everyone around me – like nothing else mattered but this beautiful moment. This experience has been such a blessing and I am grateful to have taken part in it. Highly recommended!”
Santa Barbara Dance Hive invites you to celebrate life through movement. We gather Sundays as a community for a conscious dance journey that welcomes authentic expression, freedom of movement, and embodied connection.
