After all these beautiful months dancing together on Tuesdays,
this will be our final chance to gather before the winter break.

Let’s spend a whole day celebrating ourselves, our community, and the dance.
Let’s welcome the light, honour the darkness, and enter the Solstice portal together.

I don’t yet know what the energy of this day will reveal —
whether it will be a deep, fertile space to tend to the darker soil of the soul,
to honour the wholeness of life — the light and the shadow —
or whether it will be a celebration of life and community,
a gathering of joy, gratitude, and togetherness before Christmas.

 Maybe both — as life often is. 

What I do know is that we’ll meet what’s real,
and move with it through the body —
opening space for more breath, more life, more wholeness.
