to dance in the circle of our own lives,
to reconnect with what supports us,
to honour and receive the wisdom of our ancestors.

Self • Other • Community • Ancestors/Descendants • Spirit / Mystery / God

We begin by awakening the dancer within — resourcing and grounding in the body.
We then enter ceremony — bringing what is real and alive in our body-heart-mind into movement.
