This 5-day immersion is an invitation to drop out of the ordinary rhythms of life and into a deeper listening—through the body, through nature, and through each other. Rooted in ecstatic dance, contact improvisation, meditation, and yoga, this experience weaves structure with spaciousness, guidance with co-creation.

Each day unfolds as a dynamic arc—awakening the body, exploring connection, expanding expression, and integrating through rest and reflection. Mornings begin in stillness and presence, moving gently through meditation and yoga to open the body and attune to the inner landscape. From there, we enter the realm of contact improvisation and relational practices—cultivating trust, sensitivity, and embodied communication.

As the day deepens, we flow into ecstatic dance journeys—spaces to move freely, release, discover, and celebrate the full spectrum of being. Evenings invite integration through softer practices, sharing circles, and grounded connection.

This immersion is not just something you attend—it is something you help create.

Participants are warmly invited to offer from their own gifts. Whether it’s a movement exploration, a somatic practice, a creative ritual, or a facilitated experience, there is space within the schedule for community-led workshops that align with the core practices of contact improv, ecstatic dance, meditation, and yoga. This co-creative element brings a unique richness, allowing the group to shape the experience together.
