Body Process: an Open Circle in Cotati, CA, with Zuza Engler
This event is a small group excursion into embodied process work, shamanic entry, and deep play –– to explore and transform what’s in the way of love and the full expression of our unique contribution to the world.
Each participant will have the option to receive a session facilitated by Zuza, with everyone else’s attention (and sometimes participation). Held in a strong field of presence, you will have space and permission to follow the thread of your own discovery.
After each session we will share our experiences, and if there’s interest, discuss some aspects of the practice relevant to what just happened. These sessions will be interspersed with dyad practices, expressive and integrative interludes (movement, breath, art, writing), teaching, and discussion.
Join us if you are interested in the magic and medicine generated in the field of Presence when we take the time to show up, get in touch with what’s real, and support each other in exploring the mess and miracle of living a full, generous, embodied human life.
Non residential workshop.
Prior experience with inner work is helpful.

For the past 30 years, I have supported thousands of dance devotees, depth divers, spiritual seekers and ‘body freaks’ toward feeling at home in our skin so we can move through life with a relaxed body, an open heart and a mind a little more free from relentless commentary.
I teach embodiment, conscious relating, somatic inquiry, everyday prayer, release and recovery, and it’s all somehow easier to do when we have support and company.
Our Moving Circles Sangha is a community of practice: people gathering with a shared intention to explore, to deepen, to open, to relax.
