Join Lou Glup, Annika Woehr, and DJ Nada Formosa for the (Re)Connect Retreat at the La Roane Retreat Center, one hour from Toulouse in the South of France, During this retreat you will experience the power of coming together in community with a shared intention. Your system relaxes in the natural peaceful environment, while your senses will be invigorated.
This is time for you. For getting in touch with your body and the earth body, your movements, your sensations.
For sweating in the sauna or while dancing, for watching the numerous butterflies or discovering the wild orchids that are around at this time. For enjoying delicious soul food and having a read by the pool. For feeling and embodying it all.
Almost one week in the South of France, celebrating life and connection will leave you nourished and attuned. Connection with our bodies will be nurtured through yoga infused with somatic practices and guided movement journeys/dance.
In a sense of reconnecting to nature, we will get elemental – connecting to earth, water, fire and air through ritual and embodiment. You will be in Lou’s hands for all of this.
Meditation or guided walks along the way with Annika will invite a deeper sense of presence.
We are delighted to have DJ Nada Formosa aboard whose signature choice of upbeat soulful world music will start and end our retreat. Conscious Celebration, embodying joy and loosening up, is what we are going for!
