About Member
Lucia Horan was born into the family of the 5Rhythms® and has been dancing with Gabrielle Roth the founder of the 5Rhythms method, since her childhood.
She was raised in the community of Esalen® Institute, in Big Sur, CA.
She was certified to teach the 5Rhythms in 1998 and is recognized as an international teacher of 5Rhythms and Insight meditation.
