— a LIVE WIRE 5Rhythms Ritual Theatre Moving Adventure —
With Lorca Simons & DJ Muse Chloe Goodwin
A descent into pulse, a climb through depth, an invitation to the other side of all that we know.
A live-wire transmission where breath becomes percussion, gesture becomes story, and the floor becomes a map of remembering.
Within the spiral of 5Rhythms—flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical, stillness—the body is invited to shed its explanations. Ritual theatre threads through movement like fragments of story, sparks of character, glimpses of the untamed self.
This becomes a route to the root of our practice itself: beneath technique, beneath story, beneath identity—into the raw ground where movement is not performed but discovered. Where it is not expression of something known, but the emergence of something true in real time.
You are not guided along a straight path. You are routed—through sensation, through instinct, through the root system of the body—toward something raw, grounding, and enlivened.
On the route to freedom.
A road map to authentic presence, possibility, and profound play. The real deal.
Expect sweat. Expect silence that hums. Expect moments that feel like they were always waiting for you to arrive.
At the heart of it is the essence of our practice: not form, but listening. Not choreography, but the intelligence of the moment itself unfolding through bodies willing to be moved.
Hit the gas. Floor it and drop down into your feet.
Don’t forget your jumper cables.

The Live Wire 5Rhythms® Ritual Theatre Wing is a dynamic artistic practice, global community, and creative home devoted to the transformative power of the expression of the spirit in all things. Rooted in the movement maps of 5Rhythms®, we have cultivated an evolving body of original laboratories, theatre performances, and creative explorations. This awakens imagination, deepens presence, and reveals the poetry of the moving body. Guided by the visionary work of Gabrielle Roth, Lorca Simons and artist Martha Peabody, the Theatre Wing continues to shape a unique language of movement, ensemble, and embodied storytelling—creating spaces where art becomes awareness-awareness becomes action-and the body remembers its deepest creative intelligence.
Lorca Simons
Lorca Simons is the Artistic Director of the Live Wire 5Rhythms® Ritual Theatre Wing, devoted to the creation of embodied ritual theatre that is both interactive and transformative. Her work explores the meeting place of conscious movement, ritual theatre, and embodied artistry, awakening embodied intelligence and the visionary imagination of the soul. She creates revolutionary theatre that dissolves the fourth wall—and all the walls that separate us.
