We are called back.
Back to the part of us that rolled down hills, made mud pies, spoke to trees, and laughed until our bellies ached. The part that didn’t yet know how to be small.
Play Day is a daylong women’s circle rooted in the belief that play is not a luxury. Rather, it is a necessity and medicine. It is how we heal, how we remember ourselves, how we find each other.
How about spending a full day in the spirit of play: real, unguarded, alive-in-your-body. We’ll dance together, make things, get a little silly and possibly quite messy, and come home to the wild, tender, luminous women we already are.
