About Member

I come from a family of teachers. My favorite hobbies are hiking, traveling, listening to music, and taking long walks with friends. Breath, feet, and ground are what I am feeling these days. I have struggled with making career choices and finding my path. I am so grateful for Gabriel Roth creator of the 5Rhythms Movement Meditation that I have found my path. Dancing, sweating and crying has been the most transformative experience for me. I am committed to teaching 5Rhythms with integrity, grace, consciousness and authenticity. I am excited to be apart of a Global community and am excited about my growth and expansion of being a teacher of the 5Rhythms Movement Meditation.
