In this workshop, we’ll move with the emotions Fear, Anger and Sadness that carve our emotional depth and breadth.
We’ll choose to orient towards lightness, relate to what is precious and alive, bringing in the wonders and … who knows, expanding with Joy?

5Rhythms® is a dynamic movement practice, a path to being in our body—that ignites aliveness and awareness, inspires creativity, nurtures connection and extends to the community. We practice to befriend our energies and emotions, build confidence, dare relationships, play and share the freedom and the pleasure of dancing!

The practice does not aim at any aesthetic result, nor does it require any particular physical ability or experience. Only the intention to be present moment after moment and to give shape to the life that passes through us matters!
This workshop provides a unique opportunity to experience your dance through three different teachers. Everyone welcomed, no previous experience required.
This workshop fulfills 2 days of HeartBeat prerequisites on the 5Rhythms teacher training path. Taught in English and French.
