Hidden deep in the crystal mountains of central Portugal, where wild rivers carve through ancient grassy rocks and sunlight dances through endless green… there is a valley calling your name. A place where movement becomes medicine, and stillness feels like home. Where you don’t have to try to be free… because freedom finds you in the spaces between the beats, in the water on your skin, in the way your breath deepens without asking.

For 7 days, you are invited into a living, breathing experience of aliveness, connection, and return. We dance. Barefoot in the river. On sun-warmed stones. Under golden light that filters through the trees like a blessing. With headphones on, yet more connected than ever.

Not performing.
Not thinking.
Just… being moved.

We soften. Into slow mornings, fresh mountain water, long dinners under the trees. Into spaces where nothing is expected of you… and everything is welcome. We open. To laughter that comes from deep in the belly. To silence that feels full. To connection that is real, grounded, and alive. This is not a festival. Not a workshop. Not something you scroll past.

This is a reset for your nervous system.
