You are warmly invited to join a weekend of dance, connection, movement meditation and community.

Together we will learn and use the principles of ZeroOne Movement to move through our inner and outer terrain to explore and discover magic and mystery of our dancing bodies.

We are over the moon to bring this collaborative weekend to life, particularly after the challenging times we’ve both faced, and given the current state of the world.

Surrender to the dance, relax, release, rejuvenate, replenish into this experi/ence/ment.

Give a little to the glue of community, learn from each other, see deeply and love what’s here.

No dance experience necessary; this is a dance movement lab.

Saturday 10 am – 5 pm (with a 1.5 hr lunch break)

Sunday 10 am – 5 pm (with a 1.5 hr  lunch break)
