During 7 transformative days at the beautiful Atlantic coast of Alentejo, Portugal, sacred plant medicine and 5Rhythms dance practices will open pathways of profound connection to self, spirit and to a group of inspiring individuals. An international group of fellow participants with a foundation in conscious dance and an interest in soul medicine will bring their vibrant spirits and shared commitment to go deep. Guided by the experienced facilitation of Oliver and Shantam, we will move and be moved in a sanctuary for growth and a meeting ground for kindred souls.

Throughout the retreat, participants are held by the skilled facilitation of Oliver and Shantam and a dedicated and experienced support team. For a safe, deeply supportive and compassionate environment each participant is offered personal guidance, one-on-one integration sessions and attentive care during ceremonies.
