I developed Core Connexion to help people find their inner core more easily. As a dancer, artist, centering teacher, psychotherapist, scientist, and inspirational speaker, I interweave body, space, melody, and rhythm, conveying the connection to the center, dance movement, and its healing power. With my sessions, I create spaces where people can experience and develop their natural creativity, vitality, and connection.
