Gabrielle Roth, founder of this dynamic practice was the Grandmother of modern day ecstatic dance. Her lineage of embodiment is brought to you from international teachers Douglas and Lucia. Join us as we together weave an evening of high vibration exploration. Come ready to sweat! This is a class design for every body of all ages and abilities.

Lucia HoranEvent MemberLucia Horan was born into the family of the 5Rhythms® and has been dancing with Gabrielle Roth the founder of the 5Rhythms method, since her childhood.
She was raised in the community of Esalen® Institute, in Big Sur, CA.
She was certified to teach the 5Rhythms in 1998 and is recognized as an international teacher of 5Rhythms and Insight meditation.
