Using dance to be fully embodied – physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually – means being home for the beautiful ride of being alive. We start with a simple, focused exercise as a springboard to the practice of showing up and learning to stay with our experience; pleasant or unpleasant. This often courageous exploration leaves us more fluid, flexible, and free to experience all of the richness of being at home in a body.

Please arrive by 9:50 to settle in. Loose, layered, comfortable clothing, and a water bottle is recommended.
