In this class you can allow yourself to slow down and unwind from the week.

With the guidance of the 5Rhythms practice, Marjolein will lead you into the dance with “Whooping it up” to letting loose and washing waves.

This weekly class on Friday morning will help you stay fit and connected to your body, your movements and dance. You will learn how to surrender to your dance and how to enjoy being in your own body, aka your life.

Start the weekend in a relaxed and refreshed way.
