The Living Room Mindful Movement Program includes small, simple and focused group practice using movement and the marriage of attention and sensation for invigoration, restoration and revelation.
Inviting all elements of the body with intent to awaken, refresh and send one out into the day with clarity and gentle strength.
Preparatory, exploratory remembering, awakening, unwinding, aware movement followed by 60 minutes of personal, circle, private, deep, internal, fluid, restorative investigation. Anchoring in the body; allowing the mind to travel.
Small group warmth, safety and comradeship. Lots of blankets and silence balanced with ambient sound and soothing tunes.
