This special workshop completes the offering of a full week of free classes for International Breema Week at the Oakland Center.
In this extended morning class you will explore tools for balancing and unifying our physical, mental, and emotional aspects to bring more presence into our lives and support us in meeting daily challenges. Work with unique self-care exercises and partner bodywork to practice remaining with the breath, the weight of the body, and the experience of the Nine Principles of Harmony as an introduction to becoming present.
