As we approach the end of the year, I invite you to join our international community online, where somatic movement and dance becomes powerful tools for connecting an transformation. This is a time to celebrate our achievements, reflect on our journeys, and embrace new beginnings. By engaging in somatic practices, we not only deepen our understanding of ourselves but also foster a sense of belonging and support with one another. Let’s come together to honor our growth and creativity, as we step into a new year filled with possibilities.
The time between the winter solstice and new year is a time and space to reflect, reboot and renew ourselves – a time to be still, to become aware of the present moment and to listen to what wants to move in body, heart, mind and spirit as intention for the new year.
This workshop invites us to relax into the now, reflect on the past year and open to the new!
Our practice is an invitation to enter the present moment with listening and curiosity.
We begin with a somatic meditation using breath, shape and movement to prepare body and mind. From here we embark on a journey that invites movement and stillness, listening and expression, body and soul, community awareness and co-creation. We can get in touch with our own innate resources, vitality, creativity and strength at our core.
Please bring show up in clothing you can move in, create some space at home and bring drawing and writing material for our integration.

The Rauhnächte (Twelve Nights of Christmas) are a special time between the years. A time for reflection, for taking a breath, for inner contemplation, for looking back, for letting go, forgiving, and for making room for the new. In winter, we come together with people from different parts of the world to immerse ourselves in this final process and to support one another in it.
We let ourselves be enlivened by dancing, find our center, close off the old and open ourselves to a new beginning.
As always, we begin with a somatic meditation to harmonize body and mind.
Please come prepared for dance practice and bring something to drink, something to write, and something to draw. Feel free to reflect on the session individually afterward.
