4 Mondays, November 30 – December 21, 2:30-4PM, Pacific Time

As we approach Winter Solstice, the darkest day of the year in the Northern hemisphere, we can consciously connect with the light and warmth within. Through dance/movement, drawing, sounding and creative writing, we access sources of illumination in our bodies and the natural world to fortify us through this season of darkness. No prior experience necessary.

To get the most out of this online class, please prepare a comfortable space to move in with access to your online device. Please have art supplies ready at hand for drawing activities, and paper and pen for journaling and creative writing exercises.
