Come join us at Staint Mark’s Church as we dive into our own moving center, A place where instinct meets wisdom and breath welcomes spirit. All you need is yourself, just the way you are.

$1 out of every admission will be donated to a charity.

We will change charities once a month.

This October we will donate to The Nordoff-Robbins Center,

a multi-faceted music therapy clinic.
