Testimonial from a past participant
“Through a series of exploratory movement mediation exercises, one can learn to quiet one’s inner critic and mental chatter in order to learn to be fully present in one’s own body. Whether you are a veteran dancer or have never taken a dance class in your life, learning to open up to your own embodiment in such a freeing and non-judgmental way is nurturing to your entire well-being. It has certainly made me a better dancer, but more importantly, it has shown me how to connect with myself in a way I didn’t even realize I was missing.” ~ Ivy
