On a dance journey driven by a curated soundtrack, Nancy will guide you along a wave of movement so you can experience; flowing like water, staccato focus of metal, fiery release of chaos, airiness of lyrical, and the weight of earthy stillness. This workshop will set you on the path to a powerful practice develops trust in your intuitive body to unlock your personal dance style.

Appropriate for all levels of dancer. No dance experience needed.

Nancy designed this workshop after many transformative conscious dance experiences combined with Somatic Psychology and Expressive Arts training while completing a Master’s Degree in Holistic Health Education.

FAQs
Are there experience or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Dancers age 14 and above welcome. No dance experience is needed. All genres of dancer are welcome.

What are my parking options for getting to and from the event?
Parking available at site.

What can I wear/bring into the workshop?
Dress comfortably to move for an hour and a half with some lying on the floor. Bring yoga mat/blanket/towel. Bring water. Attendees are encouraged to dance barefoot, however socks or soft dance shoes will work.
