Join The Shakti Yoga Training Center, and our Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training lead teachers Rob and Sara, as they explore the techniques and traditions of Vinyasa Flow in this FREE one hour class and Q&A suitable for all levels of students. If you are interested in teaching yoga or deepening your practice, this intro is for you!
Chat with lead teachers and explore the deeper teachings available beyond the classroom. Come practice, then get your questions answered and learn more about the program.
Teacher Training gives you professional expertise and confidence needed to lead classes and furthers your personal practice development. Whether or not you plan to teach, Teacher Training will strengthen your practice and significantly deepen your knowledge of yoga. We will see you there!
