Port Townsend area yoga teachers are teaming up with local nonprofits for

FEEL GOOD. DO GOOD.

Yoga benefits YOU, and these monthly by donation yoga classes benefit great causes in our COMMUNITY!  Breathe. Stretch. Feel good. Do good. Donate what you can.

WHEN: Each first Monday, 5:30-6:30 pm.

WHERE: Classes are taught by yoga teachers from many studios — see list below — and are held at Madrona MindBody at Fort Worden.

WHO: YOU!  These classes are for all levels, and flexibility is not required.  Teachers will offer different options of poses for beginners, and more standard variations for those who are more experienced. Can’t touch your toes? Come anyway!  Yoga is for everybody and every body.
