The Dance of the Dragoness is five day, four night mystery school immersion for women, weaving temple dance with teachings and practices from the lineage of the Rose and Magdalene.
Through divine feminine arts, alchemical energetic and meditative practices along with the magic and mysticism of ritual and ceremony, we will spiral into the wisdom of heart, earth and womb.

Why the Dragon?The Dragons awaken the primal currents of wisdom, power and remembrance that lie dormant within. They are the keepers of ancient knowledge and energetic sovereignty, guiding us to reclaim the codes of deep embodiment and cosmic intelligence. As we attune to their presence, we stir the serpentine force of the earth, awakening the kundalini fire that spirals through our bodies and ignites our divine potential. Through movement, ritual and feminine wisdom, we will work with these sacred energies—learning to channel, transmute, and harness their alchemical power as we step into the fullness of our expression and sovereignty.
Why Temple Dance?Through the sacred art of Temple Dance, we return to the language of the body—unlocking the hidden stories, memories and energies held within. This is an embodied prayer, a moving initiation where we dance as vessels of divine transmission, guided by the unseen forces that flow through us. With each spiral, undulation, and rhythmic pulse, we activate the wisdom of the womb, awaken the primal intelligence of the body, and ignite the ecstatic frequencies of creation. Here, dance becomes more than movement—it is a bridge between dimensions, a reclamation of our power, and a portal into the unseen.
Why the Rose?The Rose represents a new consciousness emerging here on Earth, an energetic blueprint that opens the gateway to the mystical heart. The Rose is awakening true love and wisdom through the path of divine remembrance. She says, ‘the old way is the new way and the new way is the old way’. The lineage of the Rose is a living current of beauty, devotion and embodied grace, guiding us to move from the heart, to deeply listen and to awaken the codes of the Divine Feminine within. We will weave into the cosmic portal of our womb space through sacred ritual and ceremony to soften into her teachings—receiving the medicine of the Rose Mysteries through meditation, a ceremony with Rose medicine and Priestess lineage teachings and transmissions.

Serafina teaches practices which support people to feel empowered through their embodied connection, in relationship with self, others, the land and the wider web. She infuses embodied techniques into sessions which enhance the natural unfolding of organic free-movement dance.
She shares temple arts, dance alchemy & menstruality mentorship teachings with the intention to expand consciousness and explore the wisdom of the body through the language and intelligence it contains.
