Body, Breath and Beat Retreat

The 5Rhythms are a form of ecstatic dance, a workout for body and soul, a moving meditation and a spiritual practice. While the practice itself is simple, it has the power to catalyze deep healing and creative expression. Dancing the 5Rhythms can be meditative, expressive, fun and transformative.It gives us the opportunity to find freedom in motion, states of heightened awareness, profound healing and the inspiration for living a creative and fulfilling life.In this 5Rhythms workshop we will explore the mother language of our bodies which is rhythm.The dance gives us an opportunity to dive deeply into our embodied selves, connecting us to our essence and the magic of the present moment. Sessions will be held inside and by the beach.
