Bliss is our Birthright | Online Breathwork Session with Rhianne

Both Breathwork and Tantra pose this question: How much bliss can you stand?

As we explore this question experientially, we discover something fascinating: Our capacity to feel is our capacity to feel.

The more we open to whatever feelings and sensations are present in this moment – the more we become willing to dive deeply into what is here right now – the higher we can fly into the bliss of undivided presence.

The extent to which we are willing to embrace and accept our pain (and our shadow) is the equal extent to which we are able to open ourselves up to bliss and pleasure…

Your capacity for bliss is directly correlated to the depth of your capacity for experience.

Depth means the degree to which you can be present – feel deeply – whatever arises in your experience, whilst it’s happening and without preference. In so doing, even our sadness, anger and depression become spaces filled with unconditional love. This is the true meaning of bliss!

As Shakti Malan said, “Bliss is the balance that happens when we fully embrace both our shadow and our light and come to rest in love”

Your beautiful breathing body is a gateway to the Bliss that is your Birthright.
