Our emotions are important resources in our lives. They give us strength and direction. The emotion anger helps us to honor our limits. We defend what we love with our anger. The access to anger is also the gateway to an intimate relationship. There’s nothing more personal en honest then someone expressing their anger in a healthy way. No blame or humiliation, but an honest language from the heart that protects one’s own integrity. Only when we are comfortable enough with our own anger, we can meet another in truthfulnes.

In this workshop we practice how to express and how to contain our anger. Not by holding it back, but by being aware of the micro sensational world in our bodies. We discover how anger and forgiveness are related to each other.

Ultimately we experience that anger is an energy that keeps us alive and vital. By putting it into motion we become more at ease with our own power and we say yes or no from the heart.
