Join filmmaker Adriana Marchione, recovery advocate Shelley Richanbach
and performance artist Peter Griggs for a day exploring the arts in recovery

All Proceeds will support The Creative High
(A documentary feature film in production)

Come for a day in San Francisco to learn more about the use of the arts in recovery. This workshop is for anyone in recovery from substance abuse, food, co-dependency, or other addictive behaviors:
– Experience the arts in recovery through visual art, creative writing, movement and improvisation
– Expand your tools and methods to live a full and colorful life beyond addiction
– Join with others in recovery to break through creative blocks, offer support and grow community
– Support an important Bay Area documentary through your participation

No art experience required. All materials will be supplied.

Date: Saturday, February 24, 2018: 10am – 4pm

Workshop: 10-3pm Q&A: 3-4pm: A discussion about the arts in recovery with workshop leaders and other artists

Location: Joe Goode Annex, 401 Alabama Street, San Francisco, CA

Cost/Donation: $75 per person (Note: The fee for the workshop is a donation towards the documentary in production, The Creative High)
