Embodied Leadership Training- Conflicts trigger emotions and release hormones that influence our bodies, thoughts and feelings. Because we communicate differently under conflict, that affects how people hear us and we hear them. When conflicts arise, sustainable relationships need effective Conflict Resolution interventions.
This training delves deeply so that you may understand your beliefs and needs, which underlie conflict. We use movement and voice dialog techniques to give emotions and personal stories form and expression. Our methods include coaching and teaching an Issues Clearing model for resolving conflict that integrates non-violent communication, embodiment and self-curiosity. We focus on how to identify our embodied responses to stress, pressure and reactivity and to “resource” with breath, movement and positive imagery.
